I'm a Software Engineer and Technologist with a journey spanning over 20 years. My career has been all about creating valuable data-driven software that helps businesses operate more efficient (saving money) and effectively (making more money).
Although I'm not a designer, I've always tried to ensure my teams design software and workflows with the optimum end user experience in mind.
I thrive in diverse environments, love Agile, and am always up for using the right tech to solve problems. Leading teams and coming up with solutions that really make a difference? That's what keeps me going!
Cauzzy.AI (January 2025 - Present)
It's awesome to be part of the team at Cauzzy.ai, where we’re building an AI-powered insights platform that transforms NetSuite data into clear, fast answers for better business decisions.
Iconic Artists Group (August 2022 - November 2024)
Myself and my small team, created a royalty statement management system from the ground up. The business uses this tool to manage revenue operations and analyze new investment opportunities. The system continually ingests thousands of royalty statements from over 60+ payors. It then aggregates the data to give a wholistic view of the earnings and operations across the entire Iconic Artists Group portfolio.
Leveraged AI in the form of computer vision and LLM to make this tool a reality.
With this software, Iconic was able to scale from manually processing incoming royalty statements one by one to ingesting over 20k statements automatically. Saving the team nearly 15k hrs. or $2.25m of labor, but more importantly, enabling the team to perform analysis on over 150m rows of data (not possible in Excel).
Modulim (July 2019 – April 2022):
As Director of Software Engineering, I got to lead a fantastic team. We took an old-school medical system and turned it into something really cutting-edge. The best part? Our work helped doctors with preventive care, which is super rewarding.
Cribsee (March 2020 – November 2021):
Co-founding Cribsee was a blast! We used AI to change how people see real estate listings. Building a system from the ground up that rethinks home values was both challenging and super fun.
Lateral Data Solutions (Since July 2013):
Designed and delivered tailored software solutions that align with various business goals in diverse industries such as Automotive, Real Estate, Medical Devices, Agriculture, and Manufacturing.
Delivered continuous business value through agile methodologies, modern software and cloud architecture, with an emphasis on enhancing user experience.
Consultant (May 2011 – May 2013):
As a Business Intelligence Consultant, I got to work with all sorts of clients. It was all about understanding what they needed and then building something that hit the mark.
Automotive Lease Guide, a TrueCar Co. (May 2010 – July 2013):
Here, I was in the thick of developing data products that made a real difference in how people saw and used data.
Lockheed Martin (May 2005 – May 2010):
Started my career here building enterprise apps. It was about taking manual processes and dragging them into the modern, digital world.
I'm all about cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Coding? Yep, I do that too - C#.NET, Blazor for desktop apps, Asp.NET Core for APIs, Flutter for mobile, and good ole TSQL for data. There are more, but you get the idea. From databases, to BI tools, to DevOps, to integrations, to medical imaging... I've got a pretty broad set of skills.
I earned my Bachelors of Technology in Software Application Development from the State University of New York at Morrisville, NY. Graduated in 2005 with a GPA of 3.72 - not too shabby!
I'm all about leading teams and tackling challenges head-on. I love figuring out how to make things better for users and get a real kick out of seeing my ideas come to life.
